July, Two "Ultrabook" Lenovo's Newest Sign In Indonesia

Ultrabook expected to control 40 percent of laptop sales in 2015. This prediction is derived from Intel's research and the International Data Corporation (IDC).

It was submitted by the President of Indonesia Sandy Lumy Lenovo at the launch of the Lenovo IdeaPad U310 ultrabook and U410 on Tuesday (19/06/2012).

In this regard, Lenovo throws two new models to market ultrabook Indonesia. IdeaPad U310 is ultrabook with 13.3-inch screen size, reinforced the Intel Core i5 and Third Generation 32 GB SSD.

Ultrabook 18 mm thick and weighs 1.7 pounds is claimed to have the battery for 7 hours.

The IdeaPad U410 which has a 14-inch Intel Core i5 Third generation combined with GeForce 610M graphics processor. Ultrabook has a thickness of 21 mm, weight 1.8 kg, and is said to have up to 9 hours of battery life.


Both ultrabook equipped with Smart Update technology that allows e-mail, instant message, social media and still be accepted even if ultrabook is in sleep mode. Both the IdeaPad U310 and U410 can "wake up" from sleep mode within 1 second, or nearly instant.

IdeaPad U310 priced from Rp 6.5 million, while the official price for the IdeaPad U410 began in the Rp 9.5 million. Both can be obtained starting in July.

About sales figures, Sandy said that to date the proportion of sales is still significant Lenovo ultrabook with numbers below 10 percent. "But we believe ultrabook sales will increase as the price is more affordable," he said.
