GottaBeMobile technology website released pictures of plastic models (mock up) who claimed to represent the actual shape of the engineering unit sample "iPad Mini". This device reportedly is a smaller version of the iPad tablet that has a screen size of 7.85 inches.
As reported by Ubergizmo from GottaBeMobile, orange plastic models are likely to be used to assist in the production and testing accessories.
Based on the pictures that reportedly obtained from sources inside Apple's distribution channels, the "iPad Mini" will be the thinnest tablet to be released by Apple.
Physical size of 213 x 143 mm, or only two-thirds of New iPad. For comparison, the tablet has a Nexus 7 from Google width 120 mm or 23 mm shorter than the "iPad Mini".
The lower part contains a mock-up iPad mini 19-pin dock connector is flanked by a pair of speakers. On New iPad, the speaker found only amounted to one fruit and almost completely overlooks the back so easily closed when the device is grasped by the user.
